FAQ: What is a Cluster?
A: ISU formed a 'Support structure that should instill a sense of
trust.' Each user should be issued a phone number for all on-campus
tech support issues that is part of a network of specialists. That
number will connect the user to the technical suite serving their
needs. This phone number differs by Geographical and Departmental
boundaries but may potentially be answered by the central Helpdesk
in your 'normal' techs absense. The group of users assigned to a
specific phone and support system is referred to as 'clusters'.
