Progress will be measured based upon the completion of the following action steps.

1. Action Step 01:  Complete the Schroeder Hall renovation.

2. Action Step 02:  Complete the Julian Hall renovation.

3. Action Step 03:  Complete the Felmley Hall ventilation upgrades.

4. Action Step 04:  Complete the construction of the College of Business building.

5. Action Step 05:  Complete the construction of the In Exchange pedestrian plaze.
