Progress will be measured based upon the completion of the following action steps.

1. Action Step 01:  Define the target enrollment for first-time freshmen.

2. Action Step 02:  Achieve optimal enrollment targets for first-time freshmen.

Accomplishments

The following action steps have been completed or are in progress:

1. Action Step 01:  The target has been set for 3,000 first-time freshmen.

2. Action Step 02:  In Fall 2003, enrollment was 97 students (3 percent) over the target of 3,000 students.
