"Hi, this is Governor Rod Blagojevich, and I'm standing here on the beautiful Illinois State University campus, right here in beautiful Normal, Illinois. The purpose for me being here is to wish ISU a happy 150th birthday. What a great tradition, what a great university, and thank you for all the years of educating so many young people who have made so many contributions to our state and to our country. Happy birthday, ISU!"
