Academic Integrity and Misconduct:  You are expected to do your own work. Cheating, plagiarism, or forgery will not be tolerated. Instances of academic misconduct will result in a grade of “F” in the course and referral to the Student Judicial Office for appropriate disciplinary action. For definitions of cheating and plagiarism, see page 63 of the 2003-2004 Illinois State University Undergraduate Catalog.

Organization: We will meet twice a week.  Class sessions will consist of brief lectures by me on the background and context of the assigned readings, and class discussion and evaluation of the readings.  You will each lead two class sessions on a topic of your choice.  I hope we have lively debates about the substance of adolescent development and much discussion about the methodology of research on adolescence.
